Alexanderson fosters a base employee system where operators and associated labour are carried on through projects. Operator training plus safety programs ensure our workforce is multi-skilled for operation on a wide range of equipment.

Advisors
Alexanderson Earthmover maintains a core workforce of office administration, construction supervisors, construction workers, plant operators and plant maintenance personnel. This workforce is supplemented on an as needs basis by specialist advisors. Alexanderson Earthmover has established strong working relationships with a group of key advisors who are able to provide advice and resources when required.
